Support from Management
Lack of strong leadership. Executives don't care about client--they ship jobs to India and only care about profits. They lie to clients that transcription is typed in US.
Promotes sending jobs to India, so workforce is somewhat diverse.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop sending jobs overseas and focus more on customer satisfaction.
What I dislike about the company
Horrible communication. Company only cares about acquiring more clients, not keeping them happy. Losing disgruntled clients is just the cost of doing business for this company.
