Suggestions for improvement
- Pay transcriptionists more. Pay per hour with reasonable line count requirement. Jobs shouldn't be outsourced out of U.S.
Very poor leadership.
None, as you work from home.
Very poor communication by senior team leadership.
No way to advance career.
Poor pay. Spend a lot of time doing work that you don't get paid for.

Laid off with no notice.
Lack of strong leadership. Executives don't care about client--they ship jobs to India and only care about profits. They lie to clients that transcription is typed in US.
Promotes sending jobs to India, so workforce is somewhat diverse.
Horrible communication. Company only cares about acquiring more clients, not keeping them happy. Losing disgruntled clients is just the cost of doing business for this company.
