Suggestions for improvement
- Stick with the employees who have never let you down and set realistic goals for them. Also, get rid of the unrealistic managers who set the goals without ever doing the job to know the reality of it.
I like about the employer
I really liked the work environment and the camaraderie with the other workers.
I dislike about the employer
They laid me off after two years to keep a temp employee on full time. Said it was because I couldn't meet their new impossible goals. I've seen a lot of employees and managers go that shouldn't have. All to save a buck but they have to spend time and money training new people all the time.
