  • Close the business they don't deserve to have Navy contracts it's a side government base company and running it just like OBama has ran our country. We have to take a stand to stop these type of companies getting by with it while they pay off IRS and get by with it

Nothing felt like being in a prison

All management is screwed up don't understand how to run a productive business. Very poor on pointing fingers when management needs to seriously look at one that trying to run it as well as owner Frauding in money

Support from management

They point fingers on everyone when everyone including myself has emails and did as instructed but they come back later after they authorized the work and blame you. Very hateful with unkind words. Come behind associates while on phone to tell them if they don't put initials in a particular box that they have not trained on there fired. Very hateful with emails and never get a complete understanding of exactly what they are wanting done on job.

Gender Equality

Have call center employees working way over full time employers but they are considered part time do benefits are not offered. Also by law all companies are to have an accounting system in their office they don't. Red Flag. Doing billing there were Invoices that had not been billed out since the first of the year, another Red Flag. Also they do wounded warrior I never saw billing nor any donations totals going out, Red Flag again.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Get rid of Supervisor and Manager and start over. Owner hinds and has no control with his company, he's never there to see what goes on

What I like about the company

The call center employees were great to work around once I perked them up everyday and acknowledged them for what they do, when Supervisor were so critical every day with them.

What I dislike about the company

Management and company is being ran by a book literally. No respect of others at all.
