The company does not take care of its employees. If you are not working 70 hours a week, you are not working hard enough.
No one talks to the front line.
Attitude towards older colleagues
More of an N/A
There is no room for advance. You can post outstanding results, but if you are not one of the favorites, you don't move up.
Overall compensation for your work
My payplan changed 3 times in 6 months. Sometimes for the better but mostly the worst. The company looked for new ways to take money out of my payplan then reward me for success.
More of a N/A
When you work 70 hours a week and 6 days a week, there is no work/life balance. I missed a lot of things because of this. My new job. 45-50 hours on MY schedule and freedom to do what I need to do.
The moral in the company is negitive. Not a good place to work at all, unless you want to be beatin down or just depressed.
With the payplan changing, you never knew what was going to happen.
More of an N/A
More of a N/A as we are in a retail enviroment.
Suggestions for improvement
- Loose the attitute and treat your employees with respect. This is not Radio Shack, the is IMobile. Radio Shack failed based on its business model. IMobile is not the far behind.
What I like about the company
My direct manager was great. That is it.
What I dislike about the company
Everything else other than my direct manager.
