- Better management is required to form a cohesive and productive team. Reign in the egos and create a more productive programming team.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Zero management support, inexperienced software architect/project lead and bad ego problems in development makes for a hostile work environment. Outside ideas and innovations are discouraged. Excessively high turnover, lousy team cooperation.
