Owners must bring in good and experienced senior managers that inspire and value employees and who will be allowed to operate rather than be micro-managed by unprofessional leaders. There must be a strategic plan that will be consistently followed and employees must feel like they are an integral part of it and that they have a positive stake in the result. Bottom line is fresh leadership is desperately needed and they must be given trust and authority to turn the company around or it will soon be out of business.
