Support from Management
Leadership from the top down was lacking in any form of connection to the rest of the company. It was as if the leadership was working in a different part of the world when you really shared the same building.
What I like about the company
the work was challenging and it was a good opportunity to work overseas in Afghanistan
What I dislike about the company
Leadership, mentorship, and if something went wrong they would throw the lowest man on the totem pole under the bus and fire them.
