Suggestions for improvement
- I'd say to simply not request for other employees to pay for things such as care packages going out as that is something the company should cover. Just as a starter, once you have that figured out I have plenty of other suggestion to fix things.
I like about the employer
The chance to be deployed to Afghanistan as a civilian contractor
I dislike about the employer
Management, they were heavily LDS and all their "rules" showed it. All problems in any company starts from the top. The many many problems with ImSAR were a direct result of how the Executives ran the company.
