Poor morale across the company.
Management talks a good talk but seldom delivered. Many of their hands are tied to provide additional support.
Teamwork is good with a majority of departments but not across departments.
Most managers do not micro mage.
A core value is transparency but it is not practiced.
The company talks about career development and a good manager provides development even if it is not formal. Formal development is lacking unless you are a supervisor or manager selected for training classes.
Not the best. All positions are not paid well. If someone threatens to leave the company they will receive a counter offer most of the time. Inalfa will do a lay off then promote some of those left behind with hefty increases or give people more money so they wont leave. All the other workers get a 3% increase. Managers are on a generous bonus plan and ALWAYS get it not matter the state of Inalfa. There is another secret bonus plan that is not talked about. There is money available to give to other employees but it it is only given to a few and no one knows the guidelines for the bonuses. No transparency or honesty there.
Departments are spread thin. When someone is part of a restructuring (lay-off) or quits the work is redistributed to others who have more than they can handle.
You may be okay one day and not sure the next.
Clean environment. Cool product. Decent commute.
Upper management. Lack of transparency. Uncertain career development. Negative culture. Work life balance.
