It does sometimes, but Most of the time is one for all and all for none.

Company Culture

What culture?

Support from management

Asking a supervisor a question or trying to transfer a call to them is a mental battle. They want every call to be deescalate. They are not supported at all. They treat you with sarcasm . But they can micromanage your time. They always have an attitude. The are fake.

Teamwork

Team work with the customer service is OK . everyone try to do their best even with the situation. But team work where supervisor are involved not possible. Only 2 supervisor knows what team work means but they quit.

What I like about the company

Great management who is amazingly driven to succeed but is extremely flexible as well as demanding employees maintain a good work/life balance. Work from home opportunities are spectacular.

What I dislike about the company

Sometimes being small, it can get overwhelming as there isn't a lot of room for workload to be lanaced when somebody is out.

Don't lead by example.....always trying to cover them self

Work loads no issue there, as far as the employees goes , however when it comes to management there can be improvement, the work flow is up to management and where calls go .I feel like if great training is provided with great tools that are used on a daily basis than you good

Suggestions for improvement

  • Sell to someone else that knows how to establish company culture. If you are reading this and it vastly contrasts with other reviews, thats because InComm knows their reputation is horrible and has provided some type of weak incentive for underlings to write bogus reviews. Seriously folks, if you are on the fence about changing jobs, do not give this place the benefit of the doubt.

What I like about the company

The food in the cafeteria was tolerable, Their paychecks cleared the bank.
