Company culture

Used to be 5 star, but a lot of sales reps are under tremendous pressure and management has gone from friendly to less so.

Support from Management

Excellent training, help from beginning to end of sales cycle.

Level of Autonomy

It's changed to micromanagement over the last 8 months.


The company is netorious for not communicating changes that affect how you sell product. This is less so in sales, but we get affected nonetheless.

Pretty good culture... working on key drivers of engagement right now.... learning and development, new building... more focus on behavior not just results.

Executive team is young but very supportive of leadership principles


We work well in silos....learning how to work cross-functionally
