A huge gap between managers and hourly employees. Managers micromanage.
Support from management
Managers make the decisions. Information is not communicated and trained on,
Freedom to work independently
Boss goes behind you and checks your work.
Men get promoted.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay and benefits are good but extremely hot and dangerous work.
Forced to work up to 84 hours per week on a rotating shift.
Boring and repetitive.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not big on females.
Suggestions for improvement
- Accountability and treat people fairly.
What I like about the company
Pay and benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism to friends when job promotions become available. Employees not allowed to apply because they have a succession list.
