Suggestions for improvement
- change management but they are all political employees
What I like about the company
sometimes flex work hours, many holidays, free parking
What I dislike about the company
low (poverty level) pay and disrespect by management toward workers driving a 3-year long hemorrhage of staff, which has created a massively understaffed and inexperienced worker group (if they stay). management does not know or bother to find out what workers have to do in their work, just cares about generating numbers. gear employees have to work with is 10-20 years out of date, no replacement in sight. management aware of issues and does nothing to change conditions.
