Suggestions for improvement
- Supervisors (and their behavior and actions) need to be assessed more frequently. There should be more openness about dealings between supervisors, HR and employees so that other employees can corroborate others information. There should no longer be threats about how a conversation between employees, supervisors and HR should stay private or their could be ''consequences''.
What I like about the company
There are other areas that can be moved to if positions you qualify open. There are some decent benefits. Some people are good to work with, others not so much.
