Suggestions for improvement
- Better management, more raises or bonuses, PTO bank, better computer systems.
They were willing to take a chance on me. My prior nursing experience was not in the hospital but I really desired to work on the postpartum floor. Even though I had been a nurse for 19 years other employers wouldn't give me a chance. Most employees there are also very happy with their job and I have seen far less angry burnt out nurses. They have really helped me to grow as a person and a nurse.
They do not treat their employees with respect.
