  • Employee

Do your research on the specific units to work on. Many are not adequately staffed and have toxic management.

3.22

Company Culture

Short staffing. Occasional toxic work environment. Unfair scheduling.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Listen to your employees. They know what is best for their unit and what improvements need to be made. Having managers that never stepped foot on a nursing unit or taken care of a patient should not be making the decisions.

What I like about the company

The ability to make a difference in the health of individuals.

What I dislike about the company

Inadequate staffing. Unfair scheduling. Unfair patient loads according to acuity.
