Indiana University Health experience report

IU Health is a good job, especially in Indianapolis. But, they do not pay you according to your skills and education.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Have a better training program and train management to be more compassionate.

What I like about the company

I liked how much PTO I got in a short time, and it was relatively easy to get time off.

What I dislike about the company

The management was not helpful and would get mad at you for things that they did not train you for. Also, training was horrible. The pay, the parking situation, and they should of offered more food for being an overnight job.
