Suggestions for improvement
- Continue to make training mandatory and get buy-in from senior management.
Can't really think of anything I did like.
The HR Director who is no longer there harassed me and tried to belittle me every chance he could. I believe it finally caught up with him as he is no long there. It is the most dysfunctional place I have ever worked in the last 30 years. The leaders care about the leaders and that is it. They have a high turn-over rate because of how they treat individuals.
