I dislike about the employer
The number of meetings held each day is unbelievable, making it very difficult to find time to preform work. Managers tend to micro manage so many details of the employee's daily tasks; however no clear and separate assignments are designated to each employee by management. Task redundancy is rampant and wastes valuable time. Employees do not share knowledge but appear to be competing with each other.
