Suggestions for improvement
- Replace the management.
Infused with lackadaisical approach to strategic issues.
Too much is a bad thing. Team members feel so empowered that they routinely do what ever they want and depart from plan because 'they had a better idea' which throws schedules and deliverables into a tailspin. Their direct management then shields them from negative impacts.
Too many divisions doing their own thing given free reign. No strong central authority. Apparent belief that simply buying another tech stack and tossing it into a solution IS the solution.
