There was a major disconnect between HR and the needs of the shop floor.
Support from management
Not much support from Senior Managers for new employees.
Great support from most of the team.
Freedom to work independently
I had little micro-managing.
Excellent in most areas, but a couple of VP Level managers withheld critical information.
There was only 1 female in 50 associates in my Value Stream.
