Unrealistic goals. If you have a performing group your goals will be increased to offset non-performing groups. Leadership does not back you with other organizations.
Everyone talks teamwork but will throw you under the bus in a heart beat to further their career.
Level of Autonomy
A few leaders will trust your expertise and allow you to work independently. Most leaders will micro manage.
