Suggestions for improvement
- I would have a person dedicated to HR and 1 person dedicated to IT available at each location so problems and questions can be taken care of more efficiently. Also I would cut out a lot of the unnecessary reports and charts that each location is required to keep up. No one sees them but the person doing them and they don't add any help to the company.
What I like about the company
Everyone works together. Management is helpful and concerned about employees personal and work life. Great retirement plan with matching funds and company puts up to $3000 a year into a medical spending account for your family to use for any medical expense that comes up.
