- Better training for employees, ability to listen to employees
My company values its emplyees by offering a health and wellfare program that rewards us for being healthy. If I am sick I have paid sick days off and I am never shamed for missing that time in the office. My colleagues are very progressive and push for everyone to give there best all the time. Leadership is always looking for ways for us to contribute new ideas and be creative.
Everyone works together. Management is helpful and concerned about employees personal and work life. Great retirement plan with matching funds and company puts up to $3000 a year into a medical spending account for your family to use for any medical expense that comes up.
