Suggestions for improvement
- Credit employees who work hard and increase their wages. Management need to stop business politic at early stage. Stop hiring family members to work in same firm. Firm need to offer more perks to employees.

What I dislike about the company
Little money, tons of work, too much business politics and employees are like the living dead there. Not to mentioned nepotism.
