- The lack of management skills from the top down is unbearable. The company will only succeed under new direction with an actual vision.
What I like about the company
Helping the clients. The satisfaction of knowing you are helping people is great.
What I dislike about the company
The internal politics. When you have the husband of the CEO working at the company, you can through out any nepotism policy you may have.
