Inside lacked leadership abilities and did not set realistic targets or really any targets at all and I only received one evaluation at which time I was given a 5% raise. I year later poor decisions were made within the company and I was like go while on FMLA. I was expected to work as many hours as necessary to complete all training needs with little or no direction. I travel back-and-forth between the Naveda center and the South Carolina Center without compensation.

The more work I did the more I was expected to complete without assistance and I did so to keep the company going
