Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay that is more competitive.
Great team. A lot of flexibility and freedom. Great benefits and bonuses.
Could use a bit more transparency and communication from the top. Better ways to implement new process. Slightly less structure to pay increases and title changes, if managers feel and can prove it is deserved they should be able to get proper raises and title changes for their employees.
