Support from management
Very little support from management. I think they assign too many staff members to each supervisor
No teamwork, you're really on your own.
I've been there 3 years, haven't heard anything about career development.
Office / Work Environment
It's work from home
n/a - work from home
n/a - you work from home
Suggestions for improvement
- It would be nice to feel like somebody cared about you as an employee. It's a very isolated job and it feels as if upper management doesn't care.
What I like about the company
You have the opportunity to work from home and it's pretty easy going if you're doing well.
What I dislike about the company
I think they assign too many employees to each supervisor because it can be difficult to get responses back at times. My first 2 years I had compassionate supervisors, this past year the only time I heard from my supervisor was to give me feedback on what I was doing wrong - and I was in the top tier. It was no fun at all to have the only contact with the company be negative. Unfortunately your experience with the company is isolated to your interaction with the supervisor you're assigned to.
