Suggestions for improvement
- I think as we grow, issues with lacking benefits (no maternity leave, no 401k) will have to be addressed to keep good people, in addition to the aforementioned time off and watching the clock issues. No other large insurance company is so needy in the area of work-life balance and employee benefits, so I believe as we grow these will improve.
I like about the employer
Great people, a lot of autonomy as long as you handle your desk, not many phone calls, and almost zero in person contact. Casual work environment.
