Suggestions for improvement
- More communicating with ALL divisions. Honesty. If something is changing, just tell us. Don't try to deceive us by implying that a change is company wide when it is only or division.
What I like about the company
The benefits are great. I had emergency medical leave last year as not only did it cost me little out of pocket because of the insurance's relatively low deductible, I was also paid for the days I was out and needing to recover without using up PTO days because of their FMLA policy. My direct supervisor and the VP of my division both seem very interested in me and my direct coworkers, often listening to our suggestions and asking our advise. They both seem genuinely interested in our success.
