- Be truthful about the places assignments are being made too. To honor commitment made for compensation for 13 weeks
- Visit the places you are sending female staff too and the attitude of working environment towards travelers.
- Pay for a face to face interview traveler to meet the facility and staff before being sent to an assignment. Even camera teleconference is better than none at all.
