Support from Management
The supervisor's do not listen they do not provide support they are not open to new ideas.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to learn compassion and empathy towards clients. The company needs to train their employees better. The company needs to have more options on how to handle things when your supervisor is the problem. The company needs to have a better system in place for handling reprimanding employees rather than just a no warning straight firing situation.
