Integrity was quick to provide feedback to all temp workers
Support from Management
Integrity leaders were always around if you had a question, but they didn't do much except for giving out positive and negative write ups.
We worked side by side with permanent employees, and as always some were great while others could make life difficult by being lazy.
Level of Autonomy
Work was never distributed equally, favoritism existed. Little to no employee involvement in the areas they were expected to have accountability
