Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should review the outcome of the merger again to see if it turned out equitably and they should examine giving other departments an equal voice to the Sales dep't.
I like about the employer
Talented teams. Interesting work. Opportunities to meet diverse mix of people.
I dislike about the employer
After the merger between Intelsat and Panamsat, the culture never assimilated thoroughly. Upper management got taken over by the former Panamsat employees. If you aren't in the inner circle, a simple reorganization will fix that. Also, the Sales team ran roughshod over the other groups and had a disproportionate amount of leverage.
