Suggestions for improvement
- Better customer service. Treat people with respect.
The company culture is like the "good ol boys club."
I believe if the management team supported those who are in the trenches there would bee more camaraderie.
Zero team work, this is an every man/woman for him or herself company!
It's easy to work independently because no one collaborates with anyone
Internal communication barely exists. I was specifically told not to talk or attempt to work with other departments.
There are two types of cultures; every man for himself & those protected by personal relationships
No. No. There isn't any clear direction provided & employees have zero input.
Mostly each department works in a silo
Micro managing is huge. Big brother is always watching
Communication? It is the biggest set back within the organzation
