On the Genesys side - you may never even get a response and then when you do 9x out of 10 you don’t get your question even answered. Most people won’t come directly to you. If they have a problem with you for whatever they will go to your boss instead of you. What happened to being adults? What happened to teamwork?
Office / Work Environment
Morale in North Carolina and Indiana is at an all time low. And and our last All Hands meeting the upper management told us is so many words... “if your morale is low maybe you should just leave.” Systems are slow, procedures are lengthy, more time is spent figuring out what the do and how to than just doing it.
Who knows—- groups get laid off at randomly, good people are jumping ship left and right. Genesys feels it’s better to help 3rd world countries than to take care of its own. Not sure they know what loyalty means.
Suggestions for improvement
- Not convert all of interactive systems to yours. Try it the other way and I bet you will be pleasantly surprised.

My team —what’s left of it. :(
What I dislike about the company
Politics, lack of technical expertise, too many processes, too long to get stuff done, low raises (lucky to get 3%every year), lack of other momentary incentives for high performers, lack of employee retention, upper management are the only people important — everyone else is disposable.
