- Continue showing appreciation towards your employees and always enforce area of opportunity!
What I like about the company
It was a great environment with positive people. As opposed to many call centers, they believed in flexibility and showed that their agents were valuable. I miss many of the coworkers there!
What I dislike about the company
Their scheduling system was "disorganized" for lack of better words. Prior to their changes, their work-life balance was difficult to deal with.
