During my time at Interface, was not very visible
Freedom to work independently
There was considerable reliance on key individuals to the point of burnout
Due to limited management presence, communication was sporadic

Office / Work Environment
Production areas were not climate controlled leading to worker fatigue and inconsistent production.
In the position I was in with the Co. there were many late and after hours meetings.
Minimal discussion regarding the future
Had a high turnover rate
Average, most buildings were leased
Room for improvement
the work was challenging and satisfying, there were a considerable amount schedule commitments that required long hours to complete
Suggestions for improvement
- Since my departure several changes have already taken place, new CEO, VP and other leadership has been replaced.
What I like about the company
Interface has a very aggressive business model to grow the business and the products they provided. What was truly unique about Interface they supplied raw materials and finished goods.
What I dislike about the company
Limited communications, minimal feedback of performance (individuals and plant)
