Suggestions for improvement
- I would get rid of the vice president and the HR person. I would have consistency across the board. We need to work as a team, so as long as you are getting your work done, there should be no problem from time to time talking to each other. You shouldbe able to get a personal phone if it is an emergency. We should be able to flex our time as long as the office is covered.

What I dislike about the company
You are not allowed to talk to your coworkers at all about any personal stuff, you cannot get any emergency personal phone calls, the management puts one coworker against the other and loves to cause drama. You cannot confide in the HR Person because heruns right to the vice president and then you get in trouble. Everyone is treated differently, there is nothing consistent across the board. It is a very hostile environment to work in. The Vice President walks around the office yelling at everyone andtelling them how horrible they are. She comments on their weight etc.
