My supervisor made sure the team got the support and was willing to elevate any unresolved issues. Wish the private sector have at least one like her.
Love the team. The more experienced members were much in touch with the less experienced members.
Level of Autonomy
Expectations were already outlined by the team leader and manager. They become aware of issues of deficiencies and addressed them to the team not to just one member.
