Suggestions for improvement
- Better quality measurement based on unchanging standards rather than arbitrary interpretation of rules. Also, better written and oral instructions for doing the job. Also, more chance to give feedback on the rules themselves. Employees see ridiculous contradictions in the system on a daily basis, and are completely ignored when we point them out.
What I like about the company
The work is not difficult, and the benefits are better than most places.
What I dislike about the company
The training is inconsistent, employees feel insignificant, the chances for promotion are controlled by personality and friendship more than job performance. Mostly, the work follows ridiculously intricate rules that constantly change, and performance is measured by those rules. No two reviewers interpret these rules the same, so there is no sense that an employee is fairly evaluated.
