Safety standards set high, which can be admirable, but set to a point basically unable to properly perform your job, while they also demand higher production and less down time for repairs.
Most employees support each other, and help each other out, while leaders and management are often dishonest, and prefer to sit in their air conditioned offices instead of interacting with their workers.
