leadership is conducted by giving orders, yelling, and abusive language. employees are not encouraged to offer opinions, suggestions. Very "top down" management style. loyalty is never rewarded. all employees are expendable.
teamwork within the individual depts. is fair, but between depts. is combative.

favoritism is evident in work load distribution
very little information is given to the employees other than tasks to complete
company has no interest in advancing employees. they are hired to do a particular job, and nothing else.
loyalty and longevity have no meaning within the ranks. company always first, employees might be considered if it suits needs of company
the work itself was interesting and detailed

ideas from employees are not heard and are actually discouraged. internal promotion is rare and usually within the inner circle.
