The company is trying hard to clean up the behavioral issues. Especially because good employees keep leaving. Yet they continue to reward misbehavior in spite of advocacy.
Management has been asking us to come to Glassdoor to improve our reviews for some time now because we're actively hiring.
Support from Management
Supervisors don't listen to the people who do the work. They make decisions based on what will make them less culpable if something's not working and responsible if it is. Employees generally don't get credit or rewarded for productivity. So forget about bonuses. Only management and a handful of yearly award recipients get them.
