Suggestions for improvement
- Provide parking or transportation allowance to employees; more equitable raise policy, we deserve more than 1.5-2.0 % raises. There is high turn over at ISEP due to the unfair distribution of raises.
I like about the employer
The staff is friendly.
I dislike about the employer
The Executive team and a select few employees get big raises and the rest of us get 1.5-2.0 % cost of living increases, no merit raises given.
