Suggestions for improvement
- Need to really evaluate the number of managers that are there. If someone doesn't provide value then let them find a new spot. If they don't find a spot to add value then let them go...don't create positions.
What I like about the company
The dealers and customers were great to work with even through the engine issues that the company had starting in 2007.
What I dislike about the company
Leadership made a huge emission strategy error and stuck with it nearly putting the company under. Then th moved losing over 1/2 their engineers thinking a new engineer is as good as an experienced one. This made being one of the experienced ones exhausting. To see the management carousel was sickening....definitely the good ole boy system at work!
