Suggestions for improvement
- Wipe out the current in competent management, give less control to marketing over software dev, equil power, build more of software teams, and less power with the UX/UI designers (sales and ui designers are a dime a dozen).

As a software engineer this place is death to your career. The business department head has no idea on how to develop software, but has 100% power ... and to keep it has people removed that will not support her politics. Also, they run the waterfall model...with no intention of delivering. And wanting to develop offshore for cheap costs.
