Support from Management
Leaders were not in touch with needs of all workers
Level of Autonomy
Everyone out for themselves no teamwork
No communication with home office.
Suggestions for improvement
- Complete overhaul of upper management and CEO needs to be really focused on keeping employees customers like.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
They were not in touch with their employees needs. They rewarded the lazy and one dimensional employees. The hard workers were invisible.
