goal focus no respect for the staff if the numbers are not met.
Support from Management
No motivation from upper management. Always think write-ups is the solution to solve the problems. This explain the high turnovers.
lack of communication for management in the regions. you have to belong to a click to fit in a certain group.
only communicate when you are not doing what is expected. the manager was in same building and we may have seen her 2 weeks out of the 5 months she was there. when she came around she locked herself in the office until time for her t o go.
