Could not trust department heads to be fair or honest with me.
Support from management
Does not support you and at time is discriminatory.
some employees interact with each other, but not encouraged by mangement
Freedom to work independently
complaints of caseload being as required go unaddressed. worked there 5 years and got worse as time progressed
frequently changes how job is to be done.
Attitude towards older colleagues
does not support long serving employees, but does hire older people
Does offer educational opportunities through online inservices

At one point was behind in money owed to me 2 months.
very stressful work environment
Spent many hour of unpaid time working on paperwork
Many employees were very negative about intrepid. High turnover rate.
If productivity drops below required level will return you to pool status from full time, even though it is not your fault, and you lose your benefits.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better training practices of procedures as well as supervisory personnel. End discriminatory practices.
