There is no equity in compensation and it doesn't have anything to do with your skills or experience.
The top management uses the employees in the marketing department as scapegoats when profits dip.

- Create a real marketing strategy and follow through.

What I dislike about the company
Management has no clue about marketing and they take extreme advantage of employees. Pay is not related in any way to skill sets. Some of the least skilled make the most.
