Suggestions for improvement
- Executive team members need to focus on leveraging their contacts and then hand off the day-to-day operations to their management teams. This way, the company can continue to grow while not getting bogged down in the lower level tasks.
I like about the employer
The ability to share your thoughts freely with upper management. The organic "team" environment is purely contagious.
I dislike about the employer
They need to continue to build their pipeline of contracts a bit more quickly.
